TV PINK CAPTURES RECORD NUMBER OF VIEWERS WITH A 39.1% RATING FOR THE FINALE OF “THE STARS OF GRAND”

On Saturday, September 15th, TV Pink’s program The Stars of Grand registered a record 39.1 percent rating, breaking all previous viewing records for TV Pink and Serbia as a whole.

 

The 4-hour finale pitted a final group of contestants in a song competition that crowned the winner.  The evening was marked by intense viewer participation with TV Pink receiving more than 1 million votes cast by SMS messages from viewers’mobile telephones.   At one stage in the evening, the show reached an unbelievable 64% share, translating to 80 percent of the viewing population.
